TERMS OF SERVICE

1. Introduction

Welcome to Prime Web Care. By signing up for our website management plans, you agree to the following terms. These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.




2. Scope of Services


  • Maintenance vs. Development: Our plans cover maintenance (updates, backups, security) and minor content edits (changing text/images).


  • Exclusions: Our plans DO NOT cover:


  • Redesigning the website layout.

  • Adding new complex features (e.g., building a new membership portal).

  • Fixing issues caused by you or another developer interfering with the code.

  • Graphic design or content writing (unless specified in your plan).

  • Requests: All support requests must be sent via [support@primewebcare.com/Support Ticket System].





3. Payments & Invoicing


Subscription: Services are billed on a [Monthly/Quaterly/Annual] basis.



Currency: All payments are invoiced in United States Dollar (USD).



Late Payment: If payment fails, we will attempt to contact you. If payment is not received within 7 days, we reserve the right to suspend services (including backups and security monitoring) until the balance is cleared.



Price Changes: We reserve the right to modify pricing with a 30-day notice.






4. Client Responsibilities


You agree to provide us with necessary access (WP Admin, Hosting Panel, Domain DNS) to perform our duties. You are responsible for the ownership and renewal of your Domain and Hosting (unless you pay us specifically to manage billing for these).






5. Liability & Disclaimers


Third-Party Issues: We are not responsible for downtime caused by your hosting provider, domain registrar, or third-party plugin developers.



Hacking: While we implement security measures, no website is 100% immune to hacking. If your site is compromised while under our care, we will work to restore it from the latest backup.



Data Loss: We perform regular backups, but we are not liable for data loss caused by catastrophic server failure or "Acts of God."






6. Termination



By Client: You may cancel your subscription at any time via email. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle.



By Us: We reserve the right to terminate service for abusive behavior or non-payment.
