1. Subscription Services


  • No Refunds on Time Spent: Website management is a service based on time and labor. Therefore, we do not offer refunds for months that have already passed or services that have already been rendered.


  • Cancellations: You may cancel your plan at any time. You will continue to receive service until the end of your current billing period. No pro-rated refunds are issued for partial months.



2. Annual Plans

  • If you paid for a year upfront and wish to cancel early, we will refund the remaining unused months, minus a 20% administrative fee and the value of any "free months" or discounts given at signup.



3. Failed Fixes

  • In the rare event that we are unable to fix a critical error covered under your plan, we may, at our discretion, offer a credit toward future months or a partial refund for that specific month.
